Leadership Development

Re-Imagining and Reshaping How We Lead

“Leadership is being able to shift from problem consciousness into the uncomfortable spaces of ‘what if?’ and beyond — imagining the bright spaces of what could be.”

For organizations and individuals seeking new possibilities

Is your organization searching for new ways of being in communication? Do you have the support needed for your teams to develop new ideas, stronger cooperation and leadership?

What would it look like to meet your challenges through practices of deep listening and communication – building a culture of interdependence and caring?

None of us wants to feel uncomfortable — but the capacity to hold space for and move into the uncomfortable may just be the single most important skill in today’s workplaces. Sharing our stories, our deeper convictions, questions, concerns, and vulnerabilities can create the change we want to see in ourselves, our work, and the world.

What I Offer

I design programs informed by a variety of transformational disciplines that support the experiences of authentic communication, deep listening and self-reflection. This work supports teams and individuals who are learning to reimagine their identities within multicultural workspaces. It creates a safer space for the work of emerging new perspectives and practices – and opens pathways for greater ease of connection across difference.

Let's Talk

All of my work is tailored to the unique needs and goals of an organization. If your organization searching for new ways of being in communication, let’s schedule a conversation about what you are up to and how I can help facilitate a change.

Re-Imagining and Reshaping How We Lead

For organizations and individuals seeking new possibilities

I grew up believing that leadership meant being the loudest voice in the room, consensus building driven more by charisma than deep questioning and reflection. Now I know that it is all of the voices in the room, all of the individual stories and perspectives, that create the possibilities that true leadership brings forth.

Do you have the support you need for your teams and leaders to develop stronger communication, cooperation and leadership?

Is your organization searching for new ways of being in communication? Opportunities to create safer spaces for new ideas can emerge and take root?

What would it look like to meet your challenges through practices of deep listening and communication – building a culture of interdependence and caring?
